Do you have thick skin and can work well under pressure with high level executives? We are actively recruiting for a qualified and experienced Accounts Payable. Bring your stellar experience to this office and make an impact immediately. This company is located in Fresno and they are currently seeking for someone that is proficient in Quickbooks and Excel. Someone who is reliable and versatile. Will be comfortable handling other tasks in the office such as taking orders, answering phones, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and assemble invoices and check requests.

• Identify and resolve any unusual or questionable invoice items.

• Sort, code, and match invoices.

• Accurately enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.

• Prepare and execute weekly check runs.

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

• Communicate effectively with internal staff and external vendors to gather necessary information for processing payments.

• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and correspond as needed.

• Assist the Accounting Department with various administrative and clerical tasks as required.
