West Virginia Employer Store Manager - South Parkersburg in Parkersburg, West Virginia

REQUIREMENTS: High school or GED equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years related manager or supervisor experience. Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control. Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus. Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting. Some travel required. Must have a valid drivers license (BFOQ: some travel required) and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Managers responsibilities lead a team of 30-40 dedicated individuals and contribute to our mission of supporting job training, education, and community programs. Your role will involve managing daily operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving donation production to generate funds for our programs. Pay is $48,500 yearly with benefits including retirement, group health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and paid time off.
