Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages. Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations. Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and report them to the manager as needed.
