inContact, Inc. Business Operations Manager in PARK CITY, Utah

Business Operations Manager (inContact, Inc.; Park City, Utah): Assist with accounts receivable including preparing invoices, managing collections, and processing payments. Assist with revenue recognition including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and account audit and analysis. Assist in day-to-day accounting transactional processes related to accounts payable, expense reporting, invoicing, and journal entries. Assist in month-end closing processes, financial statements, and management reports. Assist with necessary ad hoc data analysis for specific projects, regarding pricing, financial planning. Maintain financial database and update monthly financial data. Devise necessary Business Intelligence dashboards or data visualizations for reporting or strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily tasks, projects, and strategic initiatives. Assist the Operations team with various daily tasks and administrative duties (calendaring and office manager duties).
