Supervise the day to day nursing duties in accordance with current federal,state and local standards and guidelines,in order to provide the highest degree of quality care. Pass medications as ordered by physician,make written and oral reports,admit,transfer and discharge residents,chart all pertinent information in the medical chart, and oversee the staff to assure residents needs are met.
