Staffing ratios are 1-12,consistent assignments unless you to be prefer to be on a \'\'float team.\'\' Self manages work team. Individual cottages set-up with maximum 12 elders. Meals provided. Each cottage provides care to the eldesr. Cook meals as ordered and keeps cottage clean,neat and orderly with work routine directed by the preferences of the elders.
