Teradyne Global Key Account Manager (Universal Robots, Remote) in Paradise Valley, Arizona

Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Key Account Manager to drive accelerated growth at a select set of our Strategic large enterprise customers in Electronics and Semiconductor manufacturing.

This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, expanding penetration of the customer, and ultimately driving above market revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large, complex customer relationships with high value and high growth. Additionally, this role will require exceptional leadership skills as they facilitate large business-to-business engagement.

Account Management

  • Build and execute robust Key Account Plans which outline a strategy for success at assigned accounts

  • Perform monthly and quarterly Key Account Reviews in order to communicate progress according to the strategy outline for assigned accounts

  • Maintain and execute a clear shared Action Plan for activities at assigned accounts

  • Meet global annual growth targets at assigned strategic accounts

  • Gain deep understanding of customer stakeholders and buying influences, both internal and external, for assigned strategic accounts

  • Identify and qualify opportunities, establish a competitive value proposition for both UR and MiR product and service offerings

  • Demonstrate industry expertise and establish technical credibility

    Customer Relationship Management

  • Continuously build strong relationships with customer decision makers, including senior management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in order to support escalations of complex issues, ensuring rapid resolution and maintaining positive relationships

  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work effectively in a cross-functional team to insure a successful customer experience

  • Contribute to long term strategic planning process with UR senior management

  • Work closely with colleagues in Regional Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and assigned accounts to streamline processes and resolve issues

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical discipline, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales or account management roles, with at least 5 years demonstrated success selling to large enterprise customers.

  • Proven track record of managing complex commercial relationships and driving growth.

  • Experience with robotics, AGVs, and AMRs is a plus.

  • Strong leadership abilities

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics

  • Experience with using CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) analytics systems

  • Passionate, motivated, energetic and team-oriented
