Summary: We are seeking an experienced Welder and Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and knowledge: Key Requirements:

• Ability to pass Standard Bend Test.
• Welding Requirements: Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, using MIG, TIG and Stick processes.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/weld symbols.
• Weld, tack and fabricate products with blueprints as reference.
• Basic mathematical and measurement skills.
• Forklift experience required.
• Utilize the flux-core welding process, cutting torch, hand-held grinders, and other tools necessary to complete the assigned job.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to welding equipment, tools and equipment.
• Properly use tools and care for equipment provided by the company to complete job tasks.
• Maintain workstation by keeping it clean, organized, free from clutter and trip hazards.
• Work under general supervision; will report to shop foreman.
• This is not 40 hours per week of production welding. We dig holes, sweep floors, weld, grind, fabricate, install and WORK. This position is for 40 hours of work.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Formal training or schooling with welding or 2 plus years of related experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Pay:
