Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Day/Hours: Varies -Monday-Sunday-Open or Close

Rate of Pay: $20-$22 per hour DOE

Location of Work: Panama City Beach

Required: 3-5 Years Maintenance Experience and Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Equipment
• Observation Skills to ensure safe practices
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Use observation skills to ensure safe practices
• Monitor functionality of exhibits and facilities, troubleshoot and implement long term corrective actions needed
• Complete general maintenance task
• Opening and closing attractions
• Construct, assemble, install or modify exhibits, graphics, etc.
• Respond to radio calls

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in troubleshooting, hydraulics, computers, mechanical equipment and facility maintenance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Climb, bend, kneel, stoop, stand and efficiently walk to all areas which includes varying heights and surfaces.
• Lift and/or move up to 100lbs

EQUIPMENT UTLIZED: Drills, Lifts, paint brushes, power tools, floor pallet jacks
