Insight Global Program Project Coordinator in Palo Alto, California

Job Description

Under the direction of the Sustainability Director, this role involves administrative tasks and managing calendars for the Sustainability Program Office. Maintaining strong, positive connections with support departments across multiple departments. Please note, this is a contract position.

All though this role is not clinical you will be working within a health care facility so there are health screenings involved

Par range for this role is: $40 - $45

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years of experience as Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and diverse tasks.

Possesses the ability to manage multiple changing priorities.

Must be able to take direction and work effectively both alone and collaboratively with others.

Demonstrated ability to independently seek out and obtain information.

Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement and use discretion in confidential situations.

Able to communicate clearly and maintain professional appearance and composure with all types of individuals including faculty, management staff, and others.

Exhibits a professional approach to work including a sense of responsibility for assigned duties.

Prepares and manages accurate file systems in a manner that is consistent with standard office practice.

Ability to utilize critical thinking skills and time management principles in developing effective work plans to achieve goals.

Demonstrated ability and interest in learning new software programs as required. Hospitality
