Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a HYBRID Customer Care Analyst in Atlanta. This role falls within the telecom industry and will be executed in a hybrid onsite work environment. As a Customer Care Analyst, you will be providing assistance to customers, addressing technical inquiries, and guiding customers through self-help methods. You will also be tasked with monitoring and documenting processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers to help them overcome issues related to products or services

• Work with technical inquiries and help customers overcome these difficulties

• Guide customers through self-help methods with the aid of resources and documentation

• Find alternative solutions when protocol has been followed and the issue cannot be resolved

• Monitor, document and follow-up on these processes to ensure that customers are satisfied

• Utilize communication methods such as phone, chat, or e-mail to communicate with customers

• Use Salesforce platform for customer management and support

• Participate in Zoom meetings as required

• Assist with budget processes and headcount management

• Maintain professional email correspondence and phone presence.

Requirements • Proficiency in customer service and support, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively

• Experience with documentation tasks, including maintaining records of logistics operations

• Knowledge of budget processes in a logistics context is essential

• Familiarity with email correspondence and phone presence, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and team members

• Understanding of logistics methods and procedures to ensure smooth operations

• Ability to provide onsite support and handle tasks related to logistics operations

• Proficiency with Zoom for virtual meetings and discussions

• Experience with headcount management and planning

• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform for managing customer relationships and tracking operations

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to achieving team goals.
