Farmer's Lawn Care is a family-owned lawn care service entering its 33rd year of operation. We are looking for motivated individuals to provide our customers with outstanding service. The Lawn Care technician will be responsible for making fertilizer, herbicide, and other related applications to residential, commercial, and athletic field complexes. Responsible for keeping accurate records of work throughout the day.

Qualifications

• An individual who is reliable, willing to learn, detail oriented, and motivated.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED
• PA Pesticide License (training will be provided)
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work well independently

Responsibilities

• Maintaining residential and commercial properties to enhance the lawn and landscape using fertilizer, pesticides, and related products
• Perform duties in accordance with state and company regulations
• Keep up to date records of applications
• Identify lawn and landscape issues and effectively communicate them to customers
• Safely and effectively operates equipment daily
• Exhibits professionalism with coworkers and clients
• Duties are performed outdoors, must have ability to travel from one job to the next
• Overtime and weekend work as needed during the spring and fall
• Performs other duties as assigned
