It is Alaska State Fair time! NOW HIRING STAFF FOR THE FAIR !! The first day of the 2024 Alaska State Fair is August 16, 2024; it runs through September 2, 2024.

CMS a leader in Crowd Management Services is currently hiring for Security/Customer Service Staff. We are looking for energetic, dynamic and customer service oriented staff to support the 2024 Alaska State Fair. These positions will be placed throughout the fair grounds for entertainment shows, gate security, roving, beverage enforcement, parking, and flagging. We do not hire anyone with a history of felony crimes or violations involving trust or aggression. All applicants must complete a criminal background check. Security/Customer Service Staff must be able to consistently demonstrate the following skills: Excellent customer service skills Ability to smile and protect the fun Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities Ability to communicate in English Ability to read and write in English Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Ability to monitor surroundings for safety and security
