McDonald's Administrative Assistant in PALMDALE, California

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the corporate office and assist with daily administrative tasks. The corporate office is located in Lancaster, California with traditional hours of operation.
Job Responsibilities
In addition to following company policies and procedures, main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain up-to-date databases.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in drafting and distributing memos, announcements, and other communications.
Support planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Handle occasional customer inquiries or complaints
Requirements & Skills

Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to set priorities, balance workload, multitask, adhere to schedules, meet deadlines .
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication
High School Diploma
Administration experience preferred
Professional appearance
Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
