Description
We are in search of a technical business analyst with a background as a Project manager to join our team in Palm Harbor, Florida for a hybrid opportunity. This role involves managing the lifecycle of banking products, analyzing market trends, developing software programs, and strategizing go-to-market plans. This role offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze customers' needs and market trends to drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement production timelines across multiple departments to ensure effective and timely delivery of products.
• Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the success of the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improve our product offerings.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
• Conduct market data analysis to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• Assess new client product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
• Use Agile Scrum, Business Analysis, and Requirements Gathering techniques to manage projects and develop business roadmaps.
• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to ensure the alignment of product strategy and business objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Banking Industry
• Proficient in SASS (Software as a service)
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering and project management experience
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology
• Strong Project Management skills with experience in creating and implementing business roadmaps
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle pressure
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field would be advantageous.
