Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role is focused on providing technical assistance and support within the organization, maintaining network security, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will be adept at setting up and configuring computer systems, ensuring a secure and efficient IT workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to employees, resolving any IT-related issues promptly

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations

• Set up and configure computer systems, ensuring all necessary software and hardware are installed and working correctly

• Maintain network security, implementing appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access, data loss, or other security breaches

• Monitor cloud systems health using preexisting management tools, responding promptly to any issues

• Conduct routine/scheduled systems audits, including all backups for compliance

• Provide support for a range of technologies, including Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, and Microsoft

• Utilize skills in Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments for system maintenance and updates

• Offer Deskside Support and Basic Network Troubleshooting, ensuring a high level of customer service for all users

• Provide Application Support and manage Application Releases, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience in supporting Mac Computers

• Proficient in Microsoft products and Active Directory

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments and Deskside Support

• Proficient in Basic Network Troubleshooting

• Experience in Application Support and managing Application Releases

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills

• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or related field are desirable

• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
