National Dentex Human Resource Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently we have 50+ labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX National Dentex for a Full Time Human Resource Analyst. This position will be a Hybrid position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and remote.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Assisting with HRIS and Timekeeping configuration, system optimization, deployment of system enhancements and implementations of new modules
Lead System setup for Performance Review and Merit processes
Report Writing in HRIS and Timekeeping systems
Conduct Compensation studies for positions
Learn all aspects of HRIS and Payroll for backup purposes
Organization Chart maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
Experience working in HRIS and Timekeeping systems – UKG Pro and UKG WFM (formerly Kronos/Dimensions) preferred
Experience with report writing in a HR system (UKG Business Intelligence preferred)
Experience with Performance Reviews and Merit Planning processes
Must be able to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate HR experience and knowledge required
Proficiency in Visio preferred
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
High level of oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Must have excellent problem-solving skills
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
Must perform duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision
Team player, maintaining a positive customer focus, both internally and externally as well as with peers
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: Associates degree or higher
Preferred: 5 Years of HR and Timekeeping system experience
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
- All office equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Perform tasks at workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
