Robert Half Event Coordinator - MST in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator in the machinery manufacturing industry. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, the role involves comprehensive planning and execution of events, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Selecting suitable venues for events, taking into account client specifications and industry standards.

• Determining the cost of events, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget management.

• Arranging all necessary event services, from catering to technical support, to ensure smooth operations.

• Keeping a close eye on client approval and feedback, making adjustments as necessary to exceed expectations.

• Utilizing monitoring tools to track event progress and success, making data-driven decisions for future planning.

• Providing clear and detailed explanations of event plans to clients and team members, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

• Continuously updating knowledge on event planning trends and best practices, bringing innovation to each event planned. Requirements • Applicant must have a strong understanding and proficiency in Monitoring Tool usage

• Ability to create and interpret Specifications is crucial

• Must have substantial experience in Event Planning

• Ability to provide clear and concise Explanations

• Knowledge of the Machinery Manufacturing industry is beneficial

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using Office Suite and other event planning software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field is preferred

• Willingness to travel and work outside regular business hours when necessary

• Strong organizational and project management skills are required

• Ability to manage budgets effectively
