- [Participates in school retention initiatives by providing regular, accurate, and timely feedback to students and the school concerning academics, behavior, attendance, etc. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
- [Motivates students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
- [Candidate will follow approved curriculum set forth by the Ohio Department of Education. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
- [Demonstrates leadership and classroom experience. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
- [Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
- [Create a classroom culture reflection of the workplace. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Minimum Requirements:]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Master's Degree in Education required]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Candidate must have a valid Ohio State Board of Education Licensure or ability to obtain with teaching field code CT090201]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Minimum of five years of teaching experience]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Effective organizational, planning and project management skills]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement program options, auxiliary services, and curricular materials that support the diverse learning needs of students]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
[Experience in working with career technical student organizations preferred]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
