Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (nights)

Job Description

Provide direction and supervision to night shift maintenance personnel to minimize downtime and ensure both preventative and reactive maintenance are performed. Ensure the plant runs at peak efficiency. Act as a working supervisor, coaching and mentoring employees, while overseeing safety and compliance with company protocols.

• Assign and prioritize tasks and work orders

• Implement effective predictive/preventative maintenance schedules and strategy
