Position Summary:\ This position focuses on HVAC repairs of all types of systems found on ATU\'s main campus in Russellville.\ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\ Chilled/Hot water pump maintenance or replacement.\ Mini-Split unit maintenance or replacement.\ Coil cleaning.\ Condensate drain install, maintenance, or cleaning.\ Chilled/Hot water piping maintenance or install.\ Cooling tower cleaning or repair.\ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\ General knowledge of a wide array of HVAC systems.\ General knowledge of chiller/boiler function and maintenance.\ Ability to juggle multiple tasks or priorities at once.\ Ability to work in conjunction with other team members or departments.\ Minimum Requirements:\ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent & valid Arkansas State HVAC License
