Full Cycle Accounts Payable Clerk

Adecco is now hiring Full Cycle AP Clerk for a retail manufacturing company, and this is your chance to work with them in Ventura County! This is a temporary to hire opportunity!

Responsibilities

  • Handling Purchase orders

  • Follow up on the processes and correct incorrect PO's.

  • Daily Bank reconciliation, familiar with working in bank portals

  • Managing the AP inbox several times throughout the day, with quick SLA to respond.

  • Bi-weekly payments to all 4 entities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Accounting Degree preferred.

  • 2-3 years’ experience required.

  • Excellent communication, verbally and written skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Strong Computer Skills in MS Suite

Shifts Available:

Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
