Aerotek Maintenance Planner (1st Shift) in Oxford, North Carolina

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Description

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work activities and resources. This includes working closely with maintenance, planning, and production staff to control and monitor preventative maintenance programs, equipment repairs and replacements, installation, lubrication, labor, and related budgets. The role involves developing maintenance personnel, selecting equipment and parts, establishing preventative maintenance processes, and generating labor reports to track usage and provide reliability data. This position serves as a primary point of contact for maintenance work activities and projects, coordinating with various departments, outside vendors, and contractors as needed.

Hard Skills

  • Operation of computer systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, CMMS PM System Software

  • Maintenance systems knowledge

  • Parts/inventory systems

  • Production planning systems

  • Report writing and analysis
