Job Title: EPM Project Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Lead the project team in the implementation of Oracle EPM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure successful project delivery.

Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and management.

Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Team Leadership:

Manage and motivate a cross-functional project team, including business analysts, developers, and testers.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ensure team members have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical leadership and expertise in Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EPM implementation.
