Water Mitigation Technician - LEAD

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Lead Water Mitigation Technicians for commercial projects in the Kansas City area. The pay range is $25-30 per hour based on experience. All technicians are scheduled for 40+ hours a week. We are looking for experienced leaders to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week-in-the-hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

• Lead day-to-day operations on water mitigation and mold remediation projects.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures across all job sites.

• Oversee a team of technicians and laborers, managing manpower and job progress.

• Provide daily updates and communication to the Mitigation Manager regarding job statuses.

• Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

• Maintain job logs, including MICA/CAT books, and use Company Cam to take daily project photos.

• Handle the organization and inventory of equipment in the warehouse.

• Ensure all company vehicles are inspected, maintained, and ready for daily operations.

• Code payroll app daily to ensure accurate tracking of hours worked.

Ultimate Lead Water Mitigation Technician Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in water mitigation and mold remediation.

• Familiarity with IICRC S-500 standards for mitigation services.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and oversee multiple projects.

• Proficiency in daily job documentation and communication tools (MICA, Company Cam).

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots).

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must pass a drug test and background check.
