Job Responsibilities:
Deploys and maintains Company HR Tools concerning Career management , Leadership Review & talent identification, Training & Development, performance Management and engagement strategy in area of responsibility
Works with functional and business-line management in order to ensure that the HR strategy for the country is aligned with the overall Bureau Veritas HR approach
Coordinate general administration in conformance under the requirements of group, region and local organization
Ensures that appropriate qualified employees are hired to fulfil the strategic staffing requirements of the country
Monitors the overall climate in the workplace and take corrective action where needed
Ensures that the company’s compensation policies are implemented in a cost effective manner while ensuring that employees are retained and motivated
Maintains a positive, constructive and productive relationship with the employee representatives in the country
Provides support to managers and employees in identifying and fulfilling employee development needs for the country in line with global / regional strategy and needs
Participates pro-actively in the Country Budgeting process
Leads and coaches employees in area of responsibility (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback )
Staffs and recruits employees in cooperation with supervisor
Updating and establishing terms & Conditions handbook
Sets up and implements health care plan for employees • Conduct ad hoc studies and analyses related to the activities of HR and General Administration
Ensure compliance with international and local statutory, and legal requirements and Group guidelines, including Ethics
Maintain commitment to Safety for team members
Any other relevant works as requested by N+1 Name
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 15 years in the HR functions in MNC companies, preferably in services
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Good at managing stakeholders’ expectations and ensuring timely delivery
Operated in a matrix / multi-cultural environment.
Pleasant but business-like personality
Strong management, motivation and organization skills
Good knowledge of Korean Labor rules
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English and Korean
