Description

Our client located in Otay Mesa, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, and supporting the overall payroll function. While bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, they are not required. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with ADP and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings.

• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.

• Work closely with HR and Accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

• Perform reconciliations of payroll accounts and assist in audits as needed.

• Assist with other payroll-related duties as assigned.

  Requirements

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, with a strong background in ADP

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.

Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in handling payroll data and compliance.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and reporting.
