NY1504035 Machine Operator

Northland Filter in Oswego, NY is looking for a Full Time Machine Operator.

Responsibilities -Setting up machine to start a production cycle -Controlling and adjusting machine settings -Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines -Inspect parts -Test operation of machines periodically -Fix issues that might occur during shift -Check output to spot any machine related mistakes or flaws -Keep records of approved and defective units or final products -Maintain activity logs

Education High School Diploma or GED

Requirements -Ability to lift up to 50lbs -Ability to stand for long periods of time -3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred -Ability to use tools such as tape measures, micrometers and calipers

Hours Summer hours Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm Winter hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
