About This Opportunity

The Project Coordinator will coordinate administrative aspects of assigned projects for the Project Management department. This is an administrative, not a field position.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for communicating effectively with customers both in writing as well as verbally

• Compile and maintain project schedule of values and monthly requests for payment

• Assist project manager and department manager with their day-to-day functions as requested which includes, but is not limited to, meeting minutes, serving as the contact point for Project Managers when they are out of the office, preparing documents such as change orders and quality orders as needed.

• Maintain complete project files, assist with the organization and preparation of project submittals

• Input data and make department performance metrics

• Every employee is expected to support the GFS Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with our Quality System Manual and Quality Procedures.

What You Have to Offer

• Associates Degree in an administrative/general office field

• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferably within the construction industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
