Join our client's dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist, serving as the first point of contact for customers and a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction. responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, professional communication and issue resolution.

• Manage customer inquiries, order entries, schedule changes, and processing of returns, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Program Management) to meet customer requirements and project timelines.

• Access and update customer portals, download and organize RFQs and technical data packages, and maintain accurate project files.

• Monitor compliance with US export regulations (EAR & ITAR) and ensure adherence to contractual terms, conditions, and quality standards.

• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining solid relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in business, communications, or equivalent education/experience.

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

• Understanding of US export regulations (EAR & ITAR) and ISO standards (AS9100, ISO9001, or ISO13485).

• Background in Military, Aerospace, Electronics, or CCA industries is a plus.
