Job Requisition #: 029327 Utility/General Labor *Neenah (Open) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Operate Die Cut machine(s) in safe and efficient manner * Responsible for keeping production areas and other defined areas clean and organized * Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs repetitively * Must be able to use and read a tape measure * Must be able to work at least 8 hour work days * Following all plant safety rules, wearing proper PPE at all times * Attend Line Board Meetings * Must be able to solve problems under pressure * Continue to look for ways to reduce downtime * Work overtime as needed * Perform other duties as assigned * Ensure all products meet the customer and product requirements. * Ensure packaging of finished goods per customer specification. * Accurately fill out production reports on a daily basis. * Perform regular maintenance and preventative maintenance of Die Cutter using safe practices and procedures, including Lock-Out / Tag-Out 40 We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.
