Job TitleHR Office Administrator

Job Description

This individual will be tasked with day-to-day HR tasks and assisting with annual benefit enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team with HR functions such as scheduling, onboarding, and benefits

  • Answer questions and refer internal employees to the correct team member who can get their questions answered

  • Assist with various projects as assigned

  • Help with end-to-end HR processes within the HRIS system (handling HR-related tasks like hiring, reassigning supervisors, termination approvals, and compensation changes)

  • Support annual benefit enrollment as needed

  • Answer questions regarding navigation of the Workday system

  • Enter data into the system regarding compensation changes, job changes, new hires, processing benefit enrollments, approving terminations, etc.

  • Utilize internal tools and resources effectively

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred (HR, Project Management, HRIS, Business)

  • Experience with HR systems or customer management systems highly preferred

  • 1+ year of HR experience (exposure to benefits, general HR concepts, etc.)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Work Environment

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week role, Monday-Friday, with hours between 7am-6pm (flexible to establish a set 8.5-hour daily schedule).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
