Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

Employees in this position will be responsible for assisting machine operators in producing products safely and efficiently. Duties include ensuring product quality and packaging requirements meet customer specifications, minimizing process issues, achieving OEE goals, and maintaining the integrity of process equipment. Knowledge of lockout and tagout procedures is preferred.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Candidates will work in a manufacturing facility that can get hot in the summer and cool during the winter. The facility is decently lit but loud and fast-paced. Smoking, tobacco products, and vaping are not allowed on-site.
