JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Lab Assoc Dir (B) ERIC Business Title: Associate Director ERIC Employment Class: Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: 58,000-62,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: FTR Position Summary: Reporting to the Director at the Environmental Research and Innovation Center. The ERIC is a state of the art research and testing lab that offers a full range of water, renewable energy, and compost testing capabilities. The Associate Director will be responsible for the daily operations of the facility including client management as well as all staff and student employees. The Associate Director will also review the unit budget, implement training programs, compile data for internal policy requests, implement protocols and testing procedures for the lab, and evaluate the programs and policies that are used by the laboratory. Records and reports test results promptly, accurately, and proficiently and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
