DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Gearbox Production Support Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Oshkosh, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure Safety Compliance : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards, you’ll help maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

  • Promote Environmental Responsibility : Recognizing how your work impacts the environment and working to minimize negative effects will contribute to the company’s sustainability efforts.

  • Enhance Quality Standards : Following all applicable standard work, process documentation, policies, and procedures will ensure high-quality manufacturing processes.

  • Support Quality Inspections : Raising quality concerns and supporting inspection activities will help minimize costs and exposures, ensuring product reliability.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement : Participating in continuous improvement activities will enhance productivity, safety, and employee development.

  • Maintain Cleanliness and Order : Keeping a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks, will support a productive and safe manufacturing environment.

  • Adapt to Change : Remaining flexible and performing miscellaneous duties as required will help meet manufacturing goals and navigate dynamic work conditions.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Additional Information:

Hours are 7am-3:30pm.

Compensation:

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
