Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Projects & Communication-Away from Home Equipment & Services Team Location: Corporate Offices in Orrville, Ohio Work Arrangements: Supporting our Presence with Purpose Model (minimum of 30% in person) In this role you will: Project Management & Communications Support strategic cross-functional initiatives/projects including Equipment & Service (E&S), Away From Home (AFH) SBA or across the company (i.e. with Retail SBA) Partner with Field Service Management, Field Support, Field Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance and the National Call Center in the implementation and management of service initiatives Support and develop communication platform (SharePoint) to distribute and store all E&S communications to E&S JMS employees and outside vendors Create, update and store the entirety of the E&S SOP's within SharePoint Administer and capture customer experience feedback through online surveys Create knowledge Testing, Customer and Call Center Surveys Contracts and Supplier Management Lead the creation and renewal of North American Third Party Service Provider, Call Center, warehouse and GPO/Distributor E&S agreements (Free on loan and Leasing) (Roughly $10 Million annual spend) Manage contract database (Novatus) for Third Party Service Provider, Distributor/GPO, Warehouse, and Call Center contracts Support NA Third Party Service Provider sourcing and RFP process through collaboration with the JMS Procurement team System & Analytics Develop and analyze KPI's for Third Party Service Providers utilizing AWS Quicksight Support user access administration for Glovia/Salesforce The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
