Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices Work Arrangements: Full-time, hybrid, minimum of 30% in office expectation In this role you will: Support our robotic process automation (RPA) software, including job scheduling, automation testing and troubleshooting, and new automation development. Assist in identifying automation opportunities by analyzing business processes and workflows. Support the design and development of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. Assist with system upgrade install, setup, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and report the performance of implemented automation solutions, suggesting improvements where necessary.
