What You’ll Get to Do

As The Warfighter Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) Travel Coordinator, you will serve as the program’s expert for extensive travel requirements to CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will provide detailed travel guidance, information management, documentation, and customer service. You will serve as a critical member of the W-TRS team, supporting several $ Million in travel requirements to achieve operational readiness of training aids and devices located around the globe.

More About the Role

Processes all travel requests with precision and accuracy, within limited timeframes.

Acts as primary POC for all travel related inquiries for W-TRS

Experiences frequent interaction with leadership and Government customers.

Resolves, responds to and proactively anticipates needs and concerns and initiates actions for problem resolution.

Drives continuous improvement of travel programs.

Utilizes and implements a working knowledge of the travel industry. Provides QA and recognizes/corrects per diem, lodging and meals and incidental rates, CONUS and OCONUS, of all travel requests.

Process all travel expenses in a timely manner with the aptitude to communicate expense discrepancies to contractors and subcontractors.

Works with leadership to provide weekly travel updates. Prepares and maintains program related reports, update financial spreadsheets and databases, and maintain contract compliance.

Work with the W-TRS Program Control Analysts to reconcile Living Quarters Allowances (LQA)

Other administrative duties as assigned.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

An active Secret clearance.

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).

Proficient/Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, and other MS products.

Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to adjust communication styles to

reflect the audience ranging from tactical to executive.

Forward thinker who can anticipate and mitigate travel delays.

1-3 years’ experience in staffing and management.

Experienced in multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Has a thorough understanding of travel policies and regulations, CONUS and

OCONUS.

Ability to work as a team member and independently with limited direction.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.​

Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage:

$18.61
