Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant!

We are seeking a professional, highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to manage various administrative tasks for two Vice Presidents within a large, dynamic local airport and aviation company.

Your Impact:

• Screening incoming calls

• Organizing travel and meetings

• Compiling reports and financial data

• Training and supervising support staff and fostering customer relations.

  Requirements

What We Seek:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, along with adept internet research skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal management, staff, external clients, and vendors.

• Preferably, 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
