TEKsystems Remote Customer Service Representative in Orlando, Florida

Position : Customer Service Representative

Location (training and production) : WFH Fully Remote; equipment provided by the client after the first 3 weeks of training. (Must be able to provide your own laptop/computer with a working camera the first 3 weeks of training.)

Pay : $14.50 (opportunity for monthly bonuses and overtime) $15.50/hr. for Bilingual CSR’s.

Duration : Long term, open-ended contract

Anticipated Start Date: 7/29/24

Hours/Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week; Monday-Friday 9:00AM EST-5:30PM EST (training) and Monday-Saturday anytime between 8am-7pm (8-hour shift/40 hour work week)

Hours/OT: 40 Hours Per Week; occasional MANDATORY overtime opportunities

Job Description:

  • Speaking to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility.

  • Walking consumers through how to create accounts.

  • resetting passwords.

  • uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.

  • Updating billing and payment preferences.

  • Describing benefits and coverages to customers.
