The Parts and Inventory Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service while managing inventory levels and the accurate distribution of parts. This role involves utilizing CRM systems to maintain precise records, picking parts to fulfill orders, and providing hands-on assistance by loading parts into customer vehicles as needed. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset.
salary: $18 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Track, monitor, and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Maintain an organized and clean parts warehouse.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing product knowledge and assistance with parts selection.
Accurately process customer orders using CRM software.
Resolve customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Pick and prepare parts for customer pickup or delivery.
Provide hands-on service by loading parts into customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
Ensure all orders are verified and meet quality standards before handoff.
Collaborate with suppliers to procure necessary parts and materials.
Monitor order statuses to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Complete inventory control and order fulfillment.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
