Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing electric system for multiple systems including but not limited to dishwashers, dryers, cooktops, ovens, & ranges etc. based on state requirements. Incumbent must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility of scheduling to ensure operational success. This includes, but is not limited to, day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Install and test Household Appliances using necessary hand tools and power tools based on job specifications, manufactures installation instructions, and local codes.
Accomplishes delivery and installation results by communicating job expectations with the installation teams; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing installation practices, policies, and procedures
Installation training, Safety of the employees, Supervision of Installers and Helpers,
Installation parts management, Installation Parts Supply Management, Installation Tools Management.
Project Management (Single Family & Multi-Family new Construction):
Preview job sites to ensure they’re safe and ready for delivery based on the Builders schedule.
Communicates regularly with Job Site Management and build effective and professional relationships.
Communicate findings with the office staff and Whirlpool Corporation.
Identify and resolve any issues in a professional and effective manner required to have a positive outcome.
Direct and train employees to install household appliances to perform electrical services, including hardwiring of appliances in an effort to afford the employee the opportunity to obtain adequate licensing themselves. (Apprentice and Journeyman Licensing).
Qualifications:

7+ years of hands on experience and managing employee productivity and performance.
Formal course study or professional training in electrical installation which is comparable to the required experience necessary to obtain a Master Electrician License.
Must have been engaged or employed regularly and principally in providing electrical services for all types of electrical equipment and apparatus for at least seven years.
Master electricians will have met eligibility requirements, taken and passed an examination.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Basic computer skills are required. (Send and receive emails including attaching documents, etc. Microsoft Office 2000, Microsoft Office XP, Microsoft Office 1997, Internet Explorer, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, Outlook Express, Outlook, PowerPoint.)
Will need to be able to work in and navigate through various company software programs required to deliver necessary results.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee occasionally is required to sit. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move appliances of up to 100 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move appliances over to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include; close, distance and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Minimum Qualifications:
21 years of age with Active License: Certified Electrical Contractor for State of Florida
Non-commercial drivers license with ability to pass background check
Must possess a valid medical certification
Must possess a motor vehicle record that meets JBH standards
Must possess ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with appliance installations
Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliance up to 100 pounds)
Ability to wear appropriate work attire (bump cap, footwear, gloves)
Effective Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of local electrical codes
Proficient with hand tools and power tools
Willingness to travel
Willingness to work flexible workdays and hours
Education:
GED, High School
