Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Orlando ready mix/block sites. The role involves performing preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment, with a focus on mechanical tasks rather than electrical. Candidates must be comfortable with heights. Day shift 6am - 4pm Monday - Friday (must be able to work Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.

• Conduct reactive maintenance as needed.

• Work on concrete block production machines and equipment.

• Maintain and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, and steel fabrication.

• Torch cutting and installing new equipment.

• Perform facility maintenance on buildings.

• Install electrical panels and underground barriers.

• Basic wiring of motors.

Work Environment

This is an outdoor role, working in a dirty concrete/ready mix environment. Be prepared for hot weather conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
