Responsibilities

• Able to perform maintenance activities/repairs independently and assist on more complicated repair.

• Able to perform minor to mid-sized projects from planning to installation

• Able to diagnose and take appropriate steps to find solutions to problems

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections for reliability and performance.

• Interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to perform maintenance and service.

• Support new equipment installations.

• Train and assist operators to minimize equipment downtime.

• Complete work orders promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.

• Communicate with departments, management, and employees about any issues affecting production efficiency.

• Document all repairs and complete paperwork clearly, legibly, and accurately per standard procedures.
