The lively and inspiring Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/orlhhsa-signia-by-hilton-orlando-bonnet-creek/) is searching for a talented Line Cook l to join their team at Zeta Asia ! This position will primarily support evening operations within Zeta Asia (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/orlhhsa-signia-by-hilton-orlando-bonnet-creek/dining/zeta-asia/) and MYTH Bar (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/orlhhsa-signia-by-hilton-orlando-bonnet-creek/dining/myth-bar/) !

This resort holds 1,000 stunning rooms, offering multiple food and beverage options to our guests, featuring artfully crafted cuisine from scratch – delivering an unforgettable experience and elevated experience.

Zeta Asia offers a sophisticated setting to enjoy traditional and signature sushi rolls, sashimi and innovative, hand-crafted cocktails, wines, and beer. This is the place to gather for lively conversation and to catch your favorite game!

MYTH Bar is the go-to spot when you’re ready for cocktails at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. This is more than just a lobby bar – it’s an exciting concept that will transform your experience as a guest of our hotel.

Ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate, hardworking, and has a minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience. Knowledge of cooking temperature is a requirement. Prior culinary experience within hotel operations is preferred.

Shift Pattern: Typical shift start times will be 2:00pm or 3:00pm and out times will be 11:00pm or 11:30pm/ Full availability is needed including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $24.02 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
  • Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
  • Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
  • Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
