Our Company

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment process for our long-term care pharmacy region. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and assisting in hiring top candidates for various pharmacy related positions. The ideal candidate will have an interest in human resources and recruiting, as well as an understanding of the unique demands and regulatory environment of the long-term care pharmacy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruiting, particularly those related to healthcare and pharmacy.

  • Participate in career fairs, college recruiting events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.

  • Handle remote work equipment process for new hires.

  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

  • Assist with any additional HR-related tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

  • 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources; experience in healthcare or pharmacy recruitment is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Knowledge of healthcare recruiting trends and regulations, especially those impacting long-term care pharmacies, is a plus.

    Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
