NBC Universal Internship – Graphic Design & Project Management, Food & Beverage* (Fall 2025) in Orlando, Florida

JOB SUMMARY:
The intern will work closely with the Food & Beverage management team and key collaborators to produce work that will support the operation. This internship will give students hands on access to and training with graphic design software, producing their own projects, and supporting other large-scale projects that are already in development for the department that typically takes years in the field to gain exposure to. This role is situated in a fast-paced environment and will be full of networking opportunities and high impact projects.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists management team in creating both long and short-form content.
Produces project deliverables such as menus and signages, brand books, documentation of brand standards, and communication content.
Supports the implementation of technology to enhance processes.
Aligns each project with the goal of positively affecting guest satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and financial return for the department.
Creates measurable Key Performance Indicators for tasks.
Partners with many departments including Universal Creative Placemaking, Marketing, Finance, and Entertainment to achieve goals.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
A transcript is required upon application.
Preferred majors include: Graphic Design, or similar.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025.
Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
