Description Orlando company is looking for a Finance Manager. The company is looking for a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include, but not limited to the following.

-- Assist with the forecast model, including income statement by location/project, consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statement.

-- Build and update financial models for overall financial efficiency, valuation, feasibility studies, financial returns analysis, etc.

-- Assist in the coordination and preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets, including the preparation of budget targets, updating/enhancing software templates and methodologies, and consolidation of the overall budget.

-- Carrying out due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness, and preparation of the budget presentation deck. The Finance Manager will work closely with the CFO, Business Unit President to develop the annual budget.

-- Provide key financial and operational analysis to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions.

-- Provide analytics and commentary of variances to budget, forecast and prior year.

-- Assist CFO and asset management team in implementing decisions for all portfolio companies including rationalization or divestiture of investments.

-- Perform ad-hoc analysis/projects as requested.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
