JOB SUMMARY:

Assists and supports Analysts, Sales Representatives and Managers with the group booking process utilizing the group booking system.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Delphi/CRS group room block process for group sales managers (enter rooms, rates, concessions, comments according to contracts)

• Assist hotel conference managers, reservations coordinators, and sales team with group inventory inquiries

• Assist Revenue Manager with internal tasks (room reservations, inventory audits, internal group blocks and sub-blocks)

• Process other group inventory related tasks (addendums, block reductions, pick-up reporting and block management)

• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

  EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.

  EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
