Description:

The Commissions Processing Specialist would be responsible for the accurate and timely calculation, research and submission of incentive pay for team members of assigned locations/departments in alignment with the service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Using various information systems in order to calculate accurate bi-weekly pay, monthly and annual bonuses for sales team

  • Accurately calculates for both monthly and quarterly accruals, and submit to accounting in a timely manner.

  • Run and maintain corresponding compensation reports out of various processing systems

  • Run and maintain accurate and updated compensation records for assigned sites.

  • Communicates effectively with all clients and responds to internal inquiries regarding compensation related issues.

  • Ability to work well with and adhere to various deadlines.

  • Take appropriate action as needed to enforce payroll policies and guidelines, and maintain SOX compliance throughout the process.

  • Remain current and up to date on all system processes and components of payroll systems as needed.

  • Ability to communicate timely and effectively with all clients within the organization to ensure full understanding of any and all changes, as well as levels of expectation.

  • Must be able to read and interpret compensation plans and policies in order to process pay accordingly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • SAP/Oracle experience preferred

  • High school/GED required

  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred

  • Must be flexible and able to work a variable schedule, at times including evenings, weekends and some holidays
